 -A Quick Holiday Update-

 Timely News

The Free Clinic will not happen tomorrow due to the holiday. It will be back on July 18th starting at 4:30 pm in the community office in Key Center.

The Home 4th of July Parade is tomorrow, July 4th, starting at 10:00 am

There is a free breakfast at Volunteer Park at 8:00 am and a free hotdog social at Waypoint South church from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Fireworks rules are tighter this year, they are allowed in unincorporated Pierce County on July 4th from 10:00 am to midnight.  For more information, go to:

The Tacoma Pierce County Health Dept has issued a warning about Toxic Algae in Bay Lake.  To find out more, go to:

KP Lutheran Church hosts an ALL care-giver support group every 2nd Monday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Gnosh Food Truck is sponsoring a “Bring Your Own Rock (BYOR)” event for families in Key Center on July 13th from 11:00 to 2:00. Help paint rocks to look like a snake! Free paint for rocks, family-friendly food options available for sale.

Key Center Library offers personalized assistance on your laptop, phone, tablet, or liberary computer on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays of each month. Sign up for a 30 minute appointment at the library or by calling (253) 548-3309
