Key Center Library: Wednesday, January 28 – Story Time for Babies 10:15am-11:15am, Ready Reader 4:00pm-5:00pm; Thursday, January 29 – Story Time for Mixed Ages 11:15am-12:15pm, Teen Creative Space 3:00pm-4:30pm; Friday, January 30 – Play Time 1:00pm-2:00pm; Tuesday, February 03 – Conversation Café Atomic Habits – A Health and Wellness Program 11:00am-12:00pm.

It’s Summer Somewhere: Sunshine & Soul at KP Civic Center Saturday, January 31, 6:00pm-10:00pm. This is for ages 21+. Tickets are $30, food included, but drinks are sold separately. What is Energize?

The Energize program provides free, County-managed services and installations in multifamily apartment homes, community gathering spaces, adult family homes, and family home childcares to improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and resident comfort, and to lower energy costs.  Eligible applicants must be located in King, Kitsap, Pierce, or Snohomish counties.

Services provided under this program may include: 

  • Electric heat pump space and water heating installations
  • Insulation, air sealing, and ventilation upgrades (also known as weatherization)
  • Technical assistance for electrification & energy efficiency planning
