The KP Kids Meeting is holding its monthly meeting at its new time of 10:00 am tomorrow, Oct. 23rd, at the Red Barn Youth Center. For more information, reach out to director@kphealthycommunity.org

The KP Community Council Coffee hour is tomorrow, October 23rd, at 10:00 at the Community Office in the Key Center Corral.  Guests will be staff from KP Community Services Food Pantry.

Harvest Fest at Miracle Ranch October 17-19 and 24-26. Free admission and Parking. There will be some free and affordable family-friendly activities (hay wagon rides, carnival games, hay maze to name a few) and delicious food. Please do not bring pets with you.

Evergreen ES is doing a Trunk or Treat at Longbranch Improvement Club Friday, October 24. Trick or Treat at The Mustard Seed Village Friday, October 31, 5:00pm-7:00pm. Go door-to-door inside the assisted living homes and get candy from every apartment.

Activities off the Key Peninsula:

Pierce County Aging and Disability Resources is hosting a new series of the popular “Oh My Gosh – Now What?” seminar beginning Wednesday, October 1. This is a six-part series of discussions designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia, families, caregivers, and others focusing on the journey of memory loss. These will be held each Wednesday 12:30pm-1:30pm at Gig Harbor Senior Center at Lutheran Church October 1 through November 5. October 15th is Shock and Grief; How do we express our worries?
