Join KP Community Services for its Car Show this Saturday, June 15th.  Car-owning participants can get breakfast at 9:00 am at KP Community Services in Home.  The show itself will start at 10:00 and take part in the parking lot of the old Reed’s (Callahan’s) in Key Center.  To find out more and/or register a car, go to: info@yourkpcs.org or call (253) 884-4440

The KP Fire Dept will be holding a Town Hall on Wednesday, July 11th at 6:30 pm at the Key Center Fire Station. There will be information on wildfire prevention as well as an opportunity to ask questions and get answers about the M&O levy.

The Key Peninsula Art Walk is coming up! Its new day is Friday, August 2nd from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Opportunities for volunteers are many – if you or a group would like to volunteer please contact Jodi Littlefield at (360) 689-3733 or at gmalittlefield@gmail.com

There will be a community clean-up of the Purdy Spit this Saturday, June 15 from 8:00 to 12:00.  If you can let Bruce Murray know you’ll be there that would be great: bmrry@comcast.net

The remaining undeveloped space in the Harbor Hill area (near Costco) will be discussed at a community meeting, jointly hosted by the city of Gig Harbor and property owner Rayonier, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Swift Water Elementary School, 10811 Harbor Hill Dr., Gig Harbor.
