FAQ’s:

Are there any big KP holiday events for families in need this year?

  • There is no “One Big Event” on the KP this year for families and kids who could use some help.
  • There are MANY groups doing work on their own to make sure families do not go without.
  • A number of businesses around the area have “Giving Trees” with wishes from children/seniors/families
  • If you are able to help, please consider:
    • contacting one of our local food banks or organizations that serve families (Communities In Schools, Food Backpacks 4 Kids, The Mustard Seed Project, KP Community Services).
    • Or reach out to a faith-based community – we know that many churches on the KP support families during the holidays (as well as throughout the year).
