The KP Free Clinic is happening tomorrow night at the Key Center Community Office in the Key Center Corral. Check-in starts at 4:30. The next clinic will be in 2 weeks, on Feb. 15th.
The KP Business Association has extended the deadline for their brochure by 1 week. To make sure your business is included, join or renew your KPBA membership by Feb. 7th. To do so, go to: https://www.kpba.org/
County Councilperson Robyn Denson will be holding a KP Town Hall on Monday, February 5th, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the KP Civic Center. For more information or to email questions in advance, write to robyn.denson@piercecountywa.gov

Did you hear about Cascade Regional Blood Services shutting its doors?
- Yes, yesterday Cascade Regional Blood Services (CRBS) sent out notices to donors and offered a press release that it will shut down operations next month.
- According to the press release, it is because of changing demands that make it hard for smaller, legacy organizations to meet.
- It sounds like Bloodworks Northwest will be doing the bulk of blood donation operations in the region now.
Do you know if this means local blood donation sites, like the one every Monday at Albertsons, will continue?
- According to the article, most mobile donations efforts will halt, although it did not specific regular ones such as the Albertsons location. Stay tuned for more….
- Some donation appointments can still be made at the Tacoma and Puyallup sites.
- Unfortunately, calls to CRBS are going unanswered at this time.
