FAQ’s
Question 1 – what is the new(ish) business up by where the old Blend building is?
- Serve is a locally owned business that specializes in healthy drinks and snacks. Besides smoothies, they have coffees and teas and a seating area to eat it in.
Question 2 – why do I see “delivery vans” so early in the morning sometimes? Are they legitimate?
- I talked to a driver for Amazon the other day, she is one of the “extras” meaning, a 3rd party driver, not one who drives an official Amazon Van. She told me she does a lot of the rural area deliveries in and around the KP and Gig Harbor. Here were some interesting things:
- Yes, she drives an unmarked van
- She is up and out the door at 3:00 am so that she can start making deliveries around 4:00 am
- She appreciates well-marked addresses, especially on the dark driveways and roads!
Question 3 – I hear you have a new website, true?
- Yes!!! We have done a major redesign of our website and it is available to view now!
- We are happy to say that these updates will also be available there each week so people can easily find them.
- Also on our website – information about our work and easy access to our local resource guides.
