REGISTRATION
KP Go Car Share Registration
All Car Share users must complete the application process and be approved before reserving a KP Go vehicle.
The Car Share application process includes:
- Download the MONDOFI app to your mobile device
- Select “Non-resident carshare app” then “KP Go”
- Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy
- Verify Driver’s License in the Monodofi App
- Add a Payment Method in the Monodofi App
- KP Go rentals are FREE through June 2027, but a payment method on file is required for no-charge reservations. Fees for any vehicle damage, unauthorized use, or unpaid tolls may be charged to your payment method.
The application process is outlined in more detail below:
1. Read and Agree to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:
On the Mondofi Mobile App, tap MOCAR to initiate the Car Share application process.

- Tap checkbox to Accept Terms & Conditions
- Read Privacy Policy
- Tap checkbox to Accept Privacy Policy
- Tap I Agree & Continue
2. Verify Driver’s License:
- Upload a Photo of your Driver’s License, Front Side
- Upload a Photo of your Driver’s License, Back Side
- Take a Selfie, to validate that the driver’s license belongs to you
- Specify the State of Issue
- Input Driver’s License Number
- Input your Full Name as it appears on your Driver’s License
- Input Driver’s License Expiration Date
- Input your Birthdate
Option 1: Take Photo
Tapping Take Photo, will trigger your device’s camera to turn on, allowing you to immediately take a photo.
Take a photo of the front or back of the ID card, depending which field you’re submitting the photo under (Front or Back).
Once the photo is taken, you will be asked to confirm whether the image is Ok, or if you wish to Retry.
If you wish to retake the photo, then tap Retry.
If you wish to use this photo, then tap Ok.
Editing the Photo
You may Crop the image by moving and resizing the white rectangle on the photo.
Dragging the center of the white rectangle will move it across your screen.
Dragging the edges of the white rectangle will resize it.
Tapping the rotate icon in the top-right corner will rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise.
Please ensure that the entire front or back of the ID card is clearly visible.
Once ready, please click Submit to proceed.
Once submitted, the MOCAR screen will be updated and display the uploaded image in the box under which it was submitted.
Please ensure to upload:
- A photo of the front of your ID under the Front field.
- A photo of the back of your ID under the Back field.
Option 2: Choose Photo from your Device
Tapping Choose Photo Library will open your device’s file browsing, prompting you to select a photo from your device.
Browse your device and select a photo of your front or back of your ID card.
You may Crop the image by moving and resizing the white rectangle on the photo.

Once ready, please click Submit to proceed.
Once submitted, the MOCAR screen will be updated and display the uploaded image in the box under which it was submitted.
Take a Selfie to Validate Driver’s License
In order to validate that the Driver’s License belongs to the Mondofi account holder, an additional photo taken through the Mondofi App must be uploaded.
In this step, you must take a selfie (photo of yourself) with your device’s camera, in order to verify that the driver’s license belongs to you, the Mondofi account holder.
Tap on the large box with a plus (+) symbol, under Take a Selfie.
If prompted, please allow permission for Mondofi to take pictures and record video, in order to proceed.
Tapping the question mark (?) next to Take a selfie will display more information and instructions about this step.
Taking the Selfie
Tapping Take a Selfie box will trigger your device’s camera to turn on (if permission is granted), allowing you to immediately take a photo.
Initially, your device’s back camera may be activated.
To swap between back camera and front camera, click on the rotate icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Take a clear, well lit photo of your face.
Once the photo is taken, you will be asked to confirm whether the image is Ok, or if you wish to Retry.
If you wish to retake the photo, then tap Retry.
If you wish to use this photo, then tap Ok.
Tapping Ok will upload the photo, and it will appear inside the Take a Selfie box, on the Mocar screen.
Submitting Driver’s License Information
Input Driver’s License information accurately, providing the following information:
- State of Issue
- License Number
- Full Name
- License Expiry Date
- Birthdate
Once all information is entered, including the required photos of your Driver’s License and Selfie, please click Submit to proceed
3. Add Payment Method:
After submitting your Driver’s License information, you will be asked to select a credit card as the default method of payment for Mondofi Car Share.
The Choose Payment Method screen displays the credit cards you’ve added to your Mondofi account.
To add a new credit card, tap the Add New Card button at the bottom of the screen.
Once one or more credit cards are added to your account, you may select a credit card by tapping on the credit card.
The radio button indicates which credit card is selected.
To assign the credit card, click Continue .
Any subsequent changes to your Mondofi Car Share Payment Method can be made from the Payment Method screen, under Profile.
4. Share your Driving Record with KP Go:
- After submitting your KP Go member application through the MONDOFI mobile app, KP Go will send you an email requesting your consent to share your Motor Vehicle Record. Please provide the requested information and indicate your consent to finalize your application.
- KP Go will then review of your Motor Vehicle Record and notify you of the decision to approve or deny your application within 2 business days.
